Bedroom 2 Has Queen Bed 1 French Day bed, and own bathroom.. hot and cold showers.
All bedrooms have TVs 2 in the house are smart TVs so you can download or watch your own films ,there is also a DVD player .
We have a spacious kitchen diner , It’s is well equipped for all your needs place settings are for 8 persons.
Wok saucepans griddles all you need for your self catering but we are always open to suggestions from our guest. Large Gas Cooker and fridge freezer .
Cool box and beach picnic ware .
The lounge Area is open plan ,with French doors to undercover patio ,seating and dine area with seating for 6, slight step to our new free form swimming pool slight elevation for sitting ,
Also your own beach Palapa 6 sun beds .Gas BBQ for alfresco cooking .
Laundry building with washing machine and gas dryer.
We will be installing a dishwasher and a trash bin by the end of June ..
Our home also has all your bedding , also baby bedding cot ,high chair , bowls and utensils ,no extra charge .
Towels face clothes , also Beach Towels supplied
We have house Wonderfull house managers who will meet you at the house on arrival ,to acquaint you with everything and are only a call away for any help .
Free Wifi , you will be given the code ,the house is fully alarmed ,we have a Laptop safe for your valuables .I have tried to cover the basics but of course fell free to ask any questions.Always here to be of help.
We supply a welcome of Tea Coffee Sugar Milk and paper goods to start you off .
Check in 4 o’clock we can be flexible if the house is ready.

Please remember Aruba is a small island Water and electric is expensive ,for instance turn off air con while ,you are away as you may Incur extra costs from your ,500 $ surety deposit.
We allow you 150$ towards your stay for electric and water.
The meters are read before your arrival and when you leave by our house managers
Also there is a final cleaning charge of 100$ ..
Aruban Tax is 9 .5% to be added to you Bill
Aruban Levy Tax is 3$ room Pr night. But we will pay this for you and is included In Your rental.
