Mid Season ( April 19 – Aug 15 ) $95 per night – $665 per week*
High Season ( Dec 19 – April 18 ) $158 per night – $1.106 per week*
Holiday Weeks ( Christmas / New Year ) $221 per night – $1.225 per week*
* All prices are subject to the euro exchange rate
Additional information about rental rates:
- Check in is 4:00 pm and checkout is 11:00 am ( We are flexible with times if we don’t have any guests arriving the same day)
- Refundable damage deposit $500
- All Rental Rates listed above are subject to tax.:The Tourist Tax is 9.5% & the Environmental Levy Tax is an additional $3/night per occupied bedroom ($9/night for use of all 3 Bedrooms)
